This policy explains what information Zefince ("we", "us", "our") collects when you use zefince.com and its tools (the "Site"), and how that information is used. This policy applies across all tools on the Site; where a specific tool handles data differently, that will be noted on the tool itself.

1. How our tools handle your input

Our tools are designed to run entirely in your browser wherever possible. For example, the fuel cost calculator never sends the distance, mileage, or fuel price you enter to our servers — all calculations happen locally on your device, and nothing you type into it is stored, logged, or transmitted by us. As we add more tools, each will follow this same principle unless explicitly stated otherwise on that tool's page.

2. Information we may collect

We collect limited information through standard, privacy-respecting means:

• Contact form / email: if you email us or use the contact form, we receive whatever information you choose to include (name, email address, message).
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage — page views, general location at a country/region level, device type, and how visitors navigate the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to do this. This data helps us understand how our tools are used; it is not linked to your name or used to identify you personally. You can read Google's own explanation of this data in their Privacy & Terms, and you can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Cookies: the Site uses cookies set by Google Analytics (see above). If we add advertising in the future, third-party ad providers (such as Google AdSense) may also set their own cookies — see Section 4.

3. How we use information

Any information collected is used only to respond to your inquiries, understand how the Site is used in aggregate, and improve our tools. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-party services and advertising

If we display advertising on this Site (for example, through Google AdSense), those third-party providers may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings.

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you (typically limited to anything you've sent us directly via email or the contact form) or to request its deletion.
